Our Contract Labor Division provides full-service staffing for a wide array of disciplines. We facilitate work replacements ranging from several weeks to three years or more. We always keep our clients career objectives in mind by seeking new positions for you prior to your current placements end.
TMG also manages Contract to Permanent positions. Our clients have the benefits of receiving ongoing contract support while evaluating the employee's job performance. Our clients have ninety days to six months to evaluate the mutual fit prior to making a permanent commitment. We have skilled employees ready for work.

Staffing Services Provided By TMG?Contract Employment- This is normally done when our client only needs an experienced employee for a certain period of time. It can either be on a short or long term basis. There is no obligation for our client to hire employee after contract is complete.
Temporary to Permanent (Contract to Hire) Employment- After a candidate goes through TMG's extensive screening process. They are then placed with our client for an agreed upon time. At the end of the candidate's contract with the client; the client has the option to hire the candidate as a permanent employee, with no additional fees.
