OBJECTIVES

We measure the quality of the services that we provide by constantly requesting our customers to give us feedback. We issue monthly customer service surveys to our customer in order for them to grade our performance.

We ask our customers

  • Quality- Was our company representatives knowledgeable in addressing your needs and answering your questions.
  • On Time- We define delivery of on time services in two dimensions: Speed and Reliability. TMG is able to meet our customer's requests within 4 to 24 hours. Second dimension –TMG assures our customers that regardless of when the requests are made, or whether it is for facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, or construction services performed, that our service will always be on time and reliable.
  • Cost- We don't strive to have the lowest cost for any of the services that we provide; however, we will always be competitive.
  • Flexibility- We are able to adjust our volume based on our customer's requests. Over the years TMG has been able to diversify the areas that we service.
