As a distributor of medical supplies; we understand the importance of providing these supplies to frontline workers in a timely fashion. Our mission is even more critical as we work to get these much needed medical supplies and Personal Protective Equipment( PPE); as well as non-related PPE products into the hands of our healthcare provider customers and government personnel that needs them.

We have also implemented new processes at our facilities in order to help better protect the safety of our employees; as well as to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. All of our facilities are cleaned regularly; as well as we have implemented hygiene practices that are in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization guidelines.

We are closely watching the Covid-19 pandemic as it evolves on a daily basis. We are making changes and adapting our operations based on the findings and developments.

What length of time has to pass before a temporary employee can be considered for a permanent position?

If the temporary employee has worked for your company for 600 hours, then your are able to hire them on permanent basis.

What percentage of the temporary employee’s salary do we need to pay?
This varies from the timing of the employment, employee, and company, however, on average you can expect 20%.
How can we ensure we are getting the best talent?
Each temporary employee is put through an extensive interview process. First, we start with a Pre-Application, which consists of a background check. Second, we conduct a personal interview with the applicant. If they pass the first interview then they are interviewed by the branch manager. After the person passes all three steps, we then train and test them on all computer programs they will need to apply to the job.
What do I do if I have questions or issues about the temporary employee?
Immediately contact the Contactor, Recruiter/HR Director that has been assigned to your specific account. After you contact them we will be notified of the issue and make a change right away.
